1. Making Ipoh a Bougainvillea City in line with the flower as the official flower of the City.
2.Creating a sustainable landscape development for the benefits of the city community in line with the national aspiration of making Malaysia the National Garden.
3.Creating quality recreational areas fully equipped with sports and recreational for the city community.
