40 MBI FIELD STAFF RECEIVE REWARDS FOR EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE

IPOH, 21 OCTOBER 2026 – A total of 40 field staff of Ipoh City Council (MBI), comprising General Service Assistants, Vehicle Drivers and Supervisors, received Excellent Performance Rewards today.

The recipients were selected based on their monthly work performance from June to September 2026, taking into account the quality of service and commitment demonstrated throughout the period.

The reward presentation ceremony, held at Dewan Orang Ramai Kampung Simee in Ipoh, was officiated by Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah.

This initiative serves as a gesture of MBI’s appreciation for the dedication and contributions of the field staff, who are the backbone of smooth operations and the delivery of municipal services to city residents.

Each selected recipient received a certificate of appreciation and RM100 in cash. Their photographs and names will be displayed at offices or prominent public locations in recognition of their achievements.
