COURTESY VISIT BY MBI SENIOR OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (PADUAN) DELEGATION ON MAYOR OF IPOH

IPOH, 4 JULY 2025 - Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah today received a courtesy visit from the Ipoh City Council Senior Officers Association (PADUAN) delegation in a warm and cordial session at the Mayor's office.

The PADUAN delegation was led by MBI Works & Buildings Director and PADUAN Chairman Ir. Ts. Arif Mohd Zainudin. The visit aimed to strengthen ties between the top leadership and PADUAN committee members, as well as to discuss the association’s future direction and activity plans.

During the session, Ir. Ts. Arif also presented a PADUAN corporate shirt to the Ipoh Mayor as a symbol of appreciation and support for his leadership, and as a sign of togetherness in strengthening cooperation between MBI’s top management and senior officers.

Established in 1988, PADUAN is an association comprising senior officers of MBI. Its formation aims to unite senior officers under a proactive professional platform and to play a role in promoting the implementation of various development programmes, welfare and social activities for the benefit of MBI staff.

In his speech, the Mayor expressed appreciation for PADUAN's role as an important strategic management partner in strengthening the internal structure of the organisation and called on PADUAN to continue to be a unifying platform that carries the aspirations and voices of senior officers in pursuit of excellence for the Ipoh City Council.
