ONLINE BRIEFING SESSION ON TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF RATEABLE HOLDING SYSTEM (FORM I) WITH PERAK LOCAL AUTHORITIES

IPOH, 8 JULY 2025 – Ipoh City Council (MBI) organised an online briefing session on the Transfer of Rateable Holding System (Form I), involving participation from all Local Authorities (PBTs) in Perak.

A total of 22 participants, comprising officers from various PBTs, attended the briefing session. The briefing was delivered by a representative from the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH), focussing on the introduction and use of the system in the transfer of rateable holdings in a more efficient and systematic manner.

The organisation of this briefing reflects MBI's commitment to strengthening collaborative networks among PBTs while enhancing understanding and standardising system implementation in property administration.

MBI also extends its highest appreciation to all the PBT representatives who participated in making this session a success. This platform also provided space for sharing ideas, knowledge, and best practices towards improving services that are more efficient and effective for mutual benefit.
