VISIT BY KLUANG MUNICIPAL COUNCIL TO IPOH CITY COUNCIL

IPOH, 4 NOVEMBER 2025 — Kluang Municipal Council (MPKluang) President Mohd Fahmy Yahya led the MPKluang delegation on an official visit to the Ipoh City Council (MBI).

The visit aimed to strengthen ties and enhance cooperation network between the two local authorities.

During the visit, the MPKluang delegation was given a briefing on Heritage City and Low Carbon City Management by MBI Planning Assistant Director (Development Planning) Zulkefli Osman.

The delegation also had the opportunity to visit the Ipoh Town Hall and the Ipoh Tourism Information Centre (ITIC), where they were briefed on tourism management in Ipoh City by City Community Services Director Romzi Zamri.

This meeting also served as a platform for exchanging views and sharing best practices between both parties in efforts to improve local authority (PBT) governance towards more efficient, effective service delivery and have a positive impact on the community.
