For early payers of Assessment Tax 2025, the Council has provided a rebate of up to RM5.00 as a token of appreciation for the first 20,000 early payers, subject to terms and conditions. We wish to inform that the rebate quota for the 20,000 early payers has been fully used up at the beginning of January 2025.
Starting from 2025, the Council has also opened the opportunity to participate for ALL payment channels for those making One-Year Assessment Tax payments and without arrears, i.e., at the Ipoh City Council Payment Counters, Post Office Counters, PBT Perak Counters, and online payments via the MBI Portal (d-mbi@ipoh), PBTPay, Jompay and internet banking.
For online payments and through collection agents, the lucky draw slips will be processed automatically by the Council. This is a step to encourage residents to make payments without having to visit the counters but still be able to participate in the Lucky Draw.

May the continued solid support from the residents to the Council facilitate in realising the aspiration to make Ipoh a Smart and Prosperous City.
