COURTESY VISIT BY IPOH BARAT MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT ON MAYOR OF IPOH

4 JULY 2025 – Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah received a courtesy visit from Ipoh Barat Member of Parliament M. Kulasegaran V. Murugeson at the Mayor's Office, Ipoh City Council (MBI).

The visit aimed to strengthen collaboration between the local authority and the Member of Parliament in efforts to improve service quality and the well-being of residents in the Ipoh Barat area.

Various issues and proposals were discussed, including infrastructure development, urban cleanliness, public amenities, and high-impact community programmes for the local residents.

The Ipoh Mayor expressed appreciation for the concern shown by the Ipoh Barat Member of Parliament regarding the people’s welfare and welcomed any form of cooperation that could empower sustainable and inclusive development in the MBI administrative area.
