IPOH SECTION 7TH YEAR ROUTINE WORK OPERATION TRANSFORMATION & COORDINATION WORKSHOP
3 OCTOBER 2025 – Ipoh City Council (MBI), in collaboration with Puncak Emas Infra Sdn. Bhd. (PEISB), organised the Ipoh Section 7th Year Routine Work Operation Transformation & Coordination Workshop from 1 to 3 October 2025.
The workshop brought together 34 participants, comprising 22 Ipoh City Council (MBI) representatives from the Public Works Department (Roads, Drainage and Traffic Divisions) and several other internal departments, and 12 representatives from Puncak Emas Infra Sdn. Bhd. (PEISB).
The workshop aimed to serve as a platform for self-introduction, building professional relationships and strengthening cooperation between MBI and PEISB, providing detailed explanations on PEISB’s scope of work in the 7th Year, as well as enhancing understanding among all parties involved, and planning and organising the routine work programme for MARRIS road maintenance.
In addition, the workshop was also attended by representatives from several internal MBI departments, such as the Licensing Department, Parks and Landscape Department, and Public Health and Municipal Services Department.
The Workshop Closing Ceremony was officiated by Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah. His presence demonstrated MBI's strong support for the continuous efforts to strengthen the management and implementation of routine infrastructure maintenance work for the well-being of Ipoh city residents.
