RELIGIOUS LECTURE PROGRAMME WITH PERAK MENTERI BESAR SERIES 2/2026

IPOH, 15 JUNE 2026 — The Religious Lecture Programme with the Perak Menteri Besar Series 2/2026 was held today at Masjid Sultan Idris Shah II, the Perak State Mosque. 

The programme was graced by Perak Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad. Also present was Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah. 

The religious lecture was delivered by Dato’ Badli Shah Alauddin with the topic “Indahnya Hijrah”. The programme began with a congregational Maghrib prayer, followed by the religious lecture, a congregational Isyak prayer and a meal with the congregants. 

The programme was organised to strengthen the appreciation of Islamic values among the community, besides serving as a platform for fostering ummah unity through beneficial knowledge gatherings. 

The programme received encouraging response from the congregants and the local community, reflecting the state government's continued commitment in fostering a culture of knowledge and religious appreciation in Perak.
