SELF-WORKING PROGRAM TO ELIMINATE DENGUE IN THE TAMAN MAJU RAPAT AREA OF IPOH
23 November 2024 – Ybhg. Clr. Tuan Haji Azmy bin Mohamed has organized the Self-Help Program to Eradicate Dengue (Sungai Rapat Zone) in collaboration with the Ipoh City Council, Ipoh Fire and Rescue Department, the Sultan Azlan Shah Airport Air Fire Department, Puncak Emas Infra Sdn. Bhd. and the Residents' Committee.
Among the activities carried out were cleaning the area by local residents inside and outside the house yard, cleaning garbage by residents around the residential area, cleaning garden garbage, removing potential containers for water tanks at abandoned houses and abandoned land, cutting trees by the Landscape Department and cleaning drains by the Fire Department. The Gotong Royong activity was successfully implemented thanks to the cooperation of all those present.
