SHOWCASE MELODI BANDARAYA GWB 2.0 ENLIVENS INDEPENDENCE CELEBRATION

IPOH, 16 AUGUST 2025 – Ipoh City Council (MBI) organised the Showcase Melodi Bandaraya GWB 2.0 at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Recreational Park (Padang Polo) tonight in conjunction with the National Month and Independence Day 2025 Celebrations.

The programme featured a variety of musical and entertainment performances infused with the spirit of patriotism, thus igniting a deep sense of love among Ipoh residents for the country.

The festive event was further enlivened by the presence of the public at the recreational area waving the Jalur Gemilang, accompanied by melodies that evoked the spirit of togetherness.

The organisation of Showcase Melodi Bandaraya not only invigorated the atmosphere of the independence celebration, but also served as a platform for uniting the multi-racial community to appreciate the meaning of independence through art and culture.
