Ipoh City Council (MBI) has implemented the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 By-Laws (Compounding of Offences) (Perak State Local Authorities) Street, Drainage and Building (Amendment) 2025, in accordance with the approval of notification in the MBI General Purposes Advisory Committee Meeting on 24 February 2026. The latest gazette amendments are shown in the table below:
