DOA SELAMAT AND LAUNCH CEREMONY OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF PERAK ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS AND MALAY CUSTOMS COUNCIL (MAIPK) NEW ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX

IPOH, 18 SEPTEMBER 2025 | 25 RABIULAWAL 1447H – The Perak Islamic and Malay Customs Council (MAIPk) today organised a Doa Selamat and Launch Ceremony of the Construction of MAIPk New Administrative Complex at the new project site.

This blessed ceremony was officiated by Perak Mufti Dato’ Seri Wan Zahidi Wan Teh, followed by the recitation of doa selamat seeking smooth progress, safety and success for this important project.

This new administrative complex will become a modern landmark for the MAIPk administration, designed to provide more efficient, comfortable and customer-friendly services to all levels of society and stakeholders.

The ceremony was also attended by MAIPk President Tan Sri Mohd Annuar Zaini, Perak State Secretary Dato' Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim, Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah, as well as heads of state and federal departments.

With the implementation of this major project, MAIPk anticipates significant added value not only to its service delivery system, but also believes it will be a catalyst for comprehensive and holistic development of the ummah.

The event was further enlivened by the presence of distinguished guests, a recitation of holy verses of the Al-Quran, and a symbolic launch of the complex’s construction, marking the official commencement of this high-impact project.
