IPOH CITY COUNCIL IMAGE IMPROVEMENT WORKSHOP THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA
20 December 2024 - In an effort to further enhance the corporate image through social media, the Ipoh City Council (MBI) has recently organized a Workshop on Improving MBI's Image Through Social Media.
The 3-day workshop in Penang involved the participation of 18 MBI members from the Corporate Planning Department, Information Technology Department and MBI's Strategic Communication Unit.
The main objective of organizing the workshop is to improve participants' skills in using social media applications in delivering messages clearly and effectively.
In the workshop, all the participants involved were given exposure to the use of applications and techniques to build content such as text, visuals and videos for social media use.
Through the organization of this workshop, it can increase the effectiveness of information delivery sessions in various media channels and achieve the public relations goals of the organization.
