IPOH CITY COUNCIL RAMADAN BAZAAR 2026M / 1447H

Ipoh City Council (MBI) will be organising the Ramadan Bazaar 2026M / 1447H, expected to begin in mid-February 2026. A total of 21 locations will be opened with an estimated 1,531 trading lots.

Hawker Associations / Hawker Cooperatives, Private Agencies, Resident Committees or any interested parties may submit applications or obtain application forms from the Hawker Management Unit, Public Health & Municipal Services Department on Level 5, MBI building. Applications can be made from 27 October 2025 to 11 November 2025. The list of locations can be referred to via the advertisement for organising the Ramadan Bazaar 2026 to be issued from 27 October 2025.

If there is more than one application for a particular location, MBI will select the successful applicant based on the evaluation and selection criteria for Ramadan Bazaar organisers set by the Council.

MBI also encourages any Ramadan Bazaar organisers who are interested in opening new locations other than the specified locations, provided that an application is made in advance and approved by the Council.

It is hoped that the Ramadan Bazaar 2026 will run smoothly, while opening up opportunities for small traders / hawkers within the Ipoh City Council area.
